How do we register?

Register as a team in your chosen sport via the Registration Portal.

Can we enter more than one sport?

If scheduling allows, yes. Some sports/time blocks may clash —
we’ll confirm closer to the event.

What’s included in my registration?

Can I join if I don’t have a team?

If you don’t have a full team,
register your interest and we’ll
place you if we have waitlisted players/teams needing numbers (where possible).

Are there limited spots?

Yes. Some sports/divisions may cap out based on venue capacity.

How do divisions work?

Divisions are set to keep things fair and competitive(social/recreational through to more competitive). You’ll choose a division at entry and we may suggest adjustments if needed.

What rules will you play by?

Each sport follows its standard ruleset, with any small event
specific tweaks listed in the sport rules section of the Event Guide.

Where are games played?

Across selected venues on the Gold Coast. Venue details will be listed in the Event Guide.

Where is check-in?

A central check-in hub will be confirmed (and/or sport specific check-in at venues).

Can I use public transport?

Yes, all venues are accessible by public transport. We’ll include transport tips closer to the event.

When will the draw be released?

We’ll release the draw once entries and divisions are locked in (typically the first draw will be released
shortly before competition starts).

How many games will we play (and how long are games)?

Each sport will have its own match length and format. Expect multiple shorter format games across the weekend, with finals/playoffs
where relevant.

Where do we check in and what should we bring?

You’ll check in at the venue (or central hub) to collect event info. Bring: suitable footwear, water bottle, sun protection, and anything sport specific (we’ll list it per sport).

What happens if it rains or there’s extreme weather?

Games may continue, pause, move
to indoor facilities, be rescheduled, shortened, or cancelled depending on conditions and safety. We’ll
share the wet weather/extreme conditions approach in the Event Guide.
